We founded La Trattoria out of a deep love for food—fresh, healthy, and authentic. We use only genuine ingredients. We strive to express our love for food and life in every dish.

All the ingredients we use at Borgo Vecchio are locally sourced. We stock our restaurant's kitchen pantry just as we do at home, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients we handpick each morning.
In addition to the menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather, and our mood. We're always looking for new ideas and inspiration, and when we travel, we bring our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries home with us.
